Homecare.co.uk, the UK’s top home care review site, has launched a new service enabling care providers such as ENS Care and Support to easily receive reviews via social media.

Clients, their family, and friends can now quickly and easily leave a review of our care service via Facebook, Twitter and Whatsapp.

Why leave a review?

By leaving a review, it helps people in their search for a care provider.  It enables them to make a more informed decision on the care they would be choosing for their loved one.  All the reviews submitted via the homecare website are checked for authenticity by a reviews team and only genuine feedback is published.

As well as providing written feedback, reviewers can also provide ratings on a variety of factors from overview of the management,  client experience and care through to value for money.

The amalgamation of these ratings creates an average review score, with the highest-scoring care provider winning an award each year.

In addition, all feedback is important to us.  It helps us to understand where we are exceeding so we can reward our employees and where we need to focus more effort to improve.
