Over 10 years ago ENS established its own Care and Support division providing person centred care to older people, to adults with a learning disability, mental health issues and behaviours that can challenge. We are experts in specialist care for people with complex needs and those requiring end of life support.

The support we give is provided to people who live at home and to people who require support to access the community. Our teams assist people with their personal care, domestic tasks and social inclusion with links to friendships, familial relationships and community-based groups. We can support our clients to go on a short break, help them manage their money and deliver a service that meets their needs and wants.

To deliver care and support that meet the requirements of the person using the service we consult and communicate with family and medical professionals who help us to deliver a person centred support plan.

It is vital to us that we are responsive to our clients’ needs and we aim to ensure that our service can be absolutely depended upon by them.

We are prepared, at any time, to adjust the service we provide to meet the changing needs and preferences of our clients and our service is planned to provide the maximum degree of continuity and the fewest possible changes for our client.
